In 2018, the villa was purchased by a Dutch family and extensively renovated. After a long search, they found this perfect home, whose unique charm is reflected in its interior design, lovingly designed garden, and private harbor. Today, Casa Pallanza is owned by a German family. The owners are committed to maintaining the spirit of the house as a gathering place for families and groups of friends who share a love for water sports and the beautiful surroundings of Lago Maggiore.
