This special villa with charming extra guest house, which was completely renovated to modern standards in 2019, is located directly on beautiful Lake Maggiore. If you book your vacation here, we guarantee you a fantastic stay in a luxurious and exclusive environment.

The villa is located in Verbania directly on the shore on the sunniest side of the lake and has a small harbor for your own boats. The villa and the guest house together offer very spacious accommodation for up to 16 guests.
The villa is very suitable for large groups or families. There is a large garden equipped with a trampoline, swings, bicycles, canoes, a stand up paddling board, a table tennis table and a volleyball court.

THE VILLA AND GUEST HOUSE

Casa Pallanza offers three spacious double rooms, while the guest house has four comfortable double rooms. Five of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and two bedrooms in the guest house share a spacious bathroom.

The interior is modern and elegant, but at the same time cozy and inviting. The colorful rooms give the house a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere.

In the TV room, you can make yourself comfortable on the large corner sofa in front of the fireplace and watch satellite TV or Netflix.

The dining room, which is open to the kitchen, has a large square dining table that seats 14 people. There is additional space at the bar with six stools. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for larger groups with ease.

Boredom is guaranteed! There is a lounge with a pool table and various games for young and old. In addition, the entire villa, including the guest house, is equipped with high-quality music systems that you can easily use with your smartphone and Wi-Fi.

COOKING

Experience the modern conveniences of our kitchen. Two fridges, two dishwashers, two ovens and an induction hob provide you with everything you need to prepare meals in a pleasant atmosphere. Treat yourself to a drink at the bar or dine either inside the house or outside on the terrace overlooking the lake. A cozy ‘low dining’ table under a majestic magnolia tree invites you to relax and enjoy snacks or drinks. There is also a Big Green Egg grill at your disposal.

BED & BATH

The seven spacious bedrooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished, fully equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets for undisturbed nights. Each of the six bathrooms offers a rain shower as well as a hand shower, single or double washbasins, a toilet (and occasionally a bidet) and an efficient ventilation system. One bathroom is additionally equipped with a bathtub, and there is a separate WC in the villa and another with access from the garden.

OUTDOORS

The villa extends over the 1st and 2nd floor and offers two spacious covered terraces, perfect for socializing while eating or drinking. Active guests will find a wide range of options here: Use canoes and stand-up paddle boards directly on the lake. You can of course bring your own boat. There is easy access to moorings inside or outside the villa’s own small harbor and a buoy.

Directly in front of the villa is the island of San Giovanni, privately owned by the Borromeo family. Unlike the other Borromean Islands, Isolino di San Giovanni is not open to the public. The family of Count Carlo Borromeo, brother of the Prince, regularly resides here in the 12th century palazzo. The island became famous as the home of the Italian composer Arturo Toscanini.
