The villa is located in Verbania directly on the shores on the sunniest side of the lake and has a private harbour for its own boats. The villa and the guesthouse together offer a spacious accommodation for up to 16 guests.
The villa is very suitable for large groups or families. The villa has a large garden with lots of privacy and many facilities on land and water: a trampoline, swing, bicycles, canoes, a ‘ stand up paddling ‘ board, table tennis, foosball and volleyball or badminton.

THE VILLA AND GUEST HOUSE
This luxury villa can host up to 6 people in three spacious bedrooms. The guesthouse can accommodate 8-10 people in four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors have comfortable furniture and elegant decor. Overall the decor creates a sporty and sunny ambience.
The living room included a large sofa as well as a cosy fireplace. Also there is a spacious dining area suitable for 16 guests, a large fully-equipped kitchen including two refrigerators and plenty of counter space. In addition, upstairs there is a recreation area, billiard table and a variety of games for both children and adults to enjoy.
Finally, for guest entertainment and comfort, the villa provides satellite TV, a sound system all around the house and wireless internet.
The rooms in the guesthouse all have direct access to the outside area of the villa.
COOKING
Enjoy the modern facilities in the kitchen: large fridge with icemaker, island with induction hob, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, microwave, coffee corner. Sip a drink at the bar, have a meal in the dining room or on the large lakeview terrace (if needed with terrace heating). Or sit in the comfortable dining lounge chairs under the big Magnolia tree and prepare a steak on the Big Green Egg.

BED & BATH
The villa and guesthouse combined offer 7 bedrooms. The villa has 3 bedrooms, the guesthouse has 4 bedrooms. Two extra beds and two children’s beds are available. Every bedroom has airconditioning and insect screens at the windows. The 6 bathrooms (3 in the villa, 3 in the guesthouse) all have rainshowers, handshowers, a double or single sink, hairdryers and an air ventilation system and fresh towels. One bathroom in the villa has a bath tub. In the villa there is a guest toilet on the main floor and outside in the garden is a second guest shower room and toilet. An outside shower in the garden close to the harbour is also installed.
OUTDOORS
Outside you will find two large covered terraces with carefully arranged outdoor furniture. This space accommodates “al fresco” dining with a fantastic view over the lake. This villa provides a lot of outdoor activities for guests, who are active and love the outdoors. Included in the rental price of the villa are canoes, a surfing sup, a sailing boat and a dinghy, which are in the private harbour in front of the garden. Motor boat rental is available upon request. A beautifully kept lawn has gorgeous views of the lake and mountains and the island in front of the house. The water of the lake is fresh and clean, perfect for a swim around the island in front of the house. Or get refreshed by the outdoor shower.

Just in front of the house is the island of San Giovanni, which is privately owned by the Borromeo family. Isolino di San Giovanni is different from the other Borromean islands; It is not accessible to the public. The family of Count Carlo Borromeo, brother of the prince, is regularly found on the island and then inhabiting the 12th century pallazzo. The island has gained notoriety because the Italian composer Arturo Toscanini lived here a great deal of life.
