The newly renovated, spacious villa, offers direct lake access on the ‘sunny side’ of the lake in Verbania. The main villa and charming guesthouse can accommodate comfortably up to 16 guests.
With its private harbour and natural swimming pool this villa offers everything for large groups or families to enjoy a splendid carefree holiday.
The villa has a private garden with many facilities to be enjoyed both in and out of the water. For the children there is a trampoline, a swing, bicycles, canoes, sup, table tennis, table football, and volleyball.
… or just relax in the lounge corner in the sundrenched garden, amidst the secular Magnolia trees, Palms and Jasmin and take in the magnificent view and ambience of the lake, surrounded by the snowcapped tops of the Monte Rosa mountains.
The villa is located on a quiet one-way road with a wide walking and cycle path. Within walking distance is the charming town of Pallanza with characteristic churches, small shops, nice restaurants and the park Villa Giulia. A few minutes away is the larger city of Intra with beautiful boutiques and a wide variety of restaurants and terraces. And the botanical gardens of the famous Villa Taranto. Lago Maggiore is surrounded by beautiful mountains. In winter you can ski just 45 minutes away from Pallanza.
Casa Pallanza is owned by a Dutch family, who spent their vacation in Lago Maggiore for a long time. After a long search they have found this perfect house. The family loves water sports, something you can certainly see in the way of decorating the house and garden.
